Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt in new (unused) condition.
Due to variables beyond our control in shipping, food products may not be returnable. Food returns are made at the discretion of the local store.
Returns and exchanges without a receipt may be issued a store credit.
If an entire purchase is canceled, refunds will be issued in the same form of payment originally used. Individual items from an online purchase may be returned to the store from which the original purchase was made. Refunds for returned items will be issued in the form of a store credit or a Wild Birds Unlimited gift card. Store credits may be redeemed at the store from which the original purchase was made. Gift cards may be redeemed in-store or online at any Wild Birds Unlimited location.
Damaged (due to store or shipping error) or defective items will be replaced or credited.
Original shipping fees may be deducted from the value of your refund, unless the return is a result of our error or item is defective.

Aspects, Inc. Aspects offers a limited lifetime guarantee covering all manufacturer defects for the WBU branded tube feeders, mesh tube feeders, hummingbird feeders, and window feeders.
Backyard Nature Products Backyard Nature Products offers a limited lifetime guarantee covering all manufacturing defects of the recycled plastic WBU Branded feeders and houses (Modern Rustic, EcoTough, and FeatherWeight brands).
Brome Bird Care Brome Bird Care offers a limited lifetime guarantee for the WBU Eliminator Squirrel Proof and Fundamental feeders to be free of manufacturing defects and against squirrel damage for the lifetime of the first owner.
Holscher Products Inc. Holscher Product Inc. offers a guarantee for 10 years from date of purchase for the Advanced Pole System (APS) to be free of manufacturing defects. Rusting/Powder coating is covered for 1 year. Drippers and Misters include a 90-day guarantee. We do require a receipt for proof of purchase.
Our WBU brand houses and feeders are not guaranteed against neglect, misuse, animal damage - unless noted above, weather damage, damage from lawn equipment, damage caused by falling whether from hook or tree, loss, cosmetic discoloration, or scratches and rust.
